Terms and Conditions

1.

Access to a tap, power, and shade is required at all times while the service is being performed. If these are not available, you must advise us before making a booking.

If we arrive and these requirements cannot be met, we reserve the right to cancel the job and charge the standard service fee to cover lost time and costs.

2.

The motorcycle’s engine and components must be cool upon our arrival. Products cannot be safely or effectively applied to hot or warm surfaces. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to leave the site and charge the standard service fee to cover lost time. We do not wait or reschedule on the day.

3.

Bell’s Bike Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. If this occurs upon arrival, the standard service fee may still be charged to cover time and travel.

4.

Bell’s Bike Detailing may hold you liable for any unnecessary delays outside our control once on site. Unreasonable delays will be charged at an hourly rate to cover lost time.

5.

Payment is due at the commencement or upon completion of the job. If paying via bank transfer, proof of payment must be provided before keys are returned to the customer

6.

Any concerns regarding the quality of work must be raised at the time the job is completed. Bell’s Bike Detailing is not responsible for any issues once the customer has taken possession of the motorcycle following payment.

7.

You acknowledge and consent to Bell’s Bike Detailing taking photographs and videos of your motorcycle for documentation and promotional purposes.

8.

You agree in advance to allow Bell’s Bike Detailing to use any photographs or videos taken of your motorcycle in any manner we see fit. This may include use on social media, our website, online platforms, or in promotional material and advertising.

9.

Bell’s Bike Detailing does not open or clean the inside of saddlebags, panniers, or top boxes, and we will not remove them from the bike unless they are quick release.

10.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may, at our discretion, incur a service fee to cover lost time and scheduling impacts.

11.

*Chain cleaning will only be performed if your bike can be safely placed on our lift or paddock stand, which requires access to the swing arms. If the bike cannot be positioned securely, chain cleaning will not be included, regardless of the service selected, due to the extra time and handling required.
Please note, we do not carry stands or adapters to suit every motorcycle model.

12.

Our Full Detail service includes up to 2 hours of chrome and metal polishing. If your bike requires additional time beyond this, extra polishing will be charged at an hourly rate.
Please note, results depend on the condition and type of metal finish. Heavily pitted, corroded, or damaged surfaces may not respond to polishing.

13.

Travel is included for locations within 30 minutes of Brisbane Southside. Jobs located beyond this will attract a travel fee, regardless of notice or prior arrangement.
Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure whether your location falls within our standard service area. Time spent travelling is time away from other clients or family, and is charged accordingly.

14.

Prices listed on Bell’s Bike Detailing website are indicative only and based on bikes in fair condition. Larger bikes such as Goldwings, Ultra Classics, Glides, and trikes will attract an additional charge upon inspection.
If your bike requires substantial time to bring it up to a satisfactory standard, additional charges will apply at an hourly rate. This will always be discussed with you before any work begins.

15.

All bookings made are accepted on the basis that you agree to and accept our Terms and Conditions.
